Assessment - for selection and/or development
I have advised many companies on the selection and application of both appropriate psychometric assessments and broader assessment centre design and application.
Through my Chartered status I am able to obtain and apply any psychometric tools. Typically I use materials supplied by Saville and Holdsworth Ltd.
Development - for individuals and groups
I design and facilitate "bespoke tailored" workshops and wider development programmes to identify and meet the needs of changing organisations, often in conjunction with my associates.
Typically these might address issues such as Team Design and Development, Communication, Managing Self and Others, Designing a Rational Recruitment/Selection Process, and Handling Stress at Work.
