I am a Chartered Psychologist with 30 years' experience in developmental work - from teaching young children in primary schools to supporting change and adaptability in large organisations.

I draw on psychologial models which best support the aims of a project, drawing pragmatically from a wide range of models and paradigms. My work is underpinned by a humanistic approach, informed by the ideas and values of the great American psychologist Carl Rogers.
